Ms. Anne M. Waldmiller
Anne Waldmiller is Vice President, Consumer Operations Business Control Manager for Bank of America. She is responsible for multiple governance teams supporting all areas of mortgage servicing, with a specific focus on OCC Consent Order compliance.
Prior to this role Anne was a Change Manager supporting Mortgage Servicing, e-Commerce, and Marketing. She was responsible for managing a $1.2M project portfolio concentrating on improved customer service. In addition she led a team that was responsible for creating and implementing robust policies supporting the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Anne joined Bank of America in 2006 and has held numerous leadership positions in Finance and Risk with a focus on Basel II, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Six Sigma. In 2007 she served as the Risk transition lead for the Bank of America merger with LaSalle Bank, and held the same role in 2008 for the merger with Countrywide Financial Corporation.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Anne held multiple roles at Rubbermaid Foodservice Division, beginning as an Industrial Engineer responsible for labor efficiency at the manufacturing plant and concluding as Lead Systems Engineer at the company’s headquarters.
Anne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Business from Virginia Tech. She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where she is actively involved in the LEAD Program, the Women’s Impact Fund, and the Arts & Science Council.
