Call for nominations: Emerging Leaders Award

The Industrial and Systems Engineering Emerging Leaders Award is an annual award that recognizes the outstanding professional achievement and leadership of alumni within 15 years of completing their first undergraduate or graduate degree in industrial and systems engineering at Virginia Tech. Review of nominations and selection of award recipients is managed by the Leadership and Recognition Committee of the ISE Advisory Board.

Interviews will be requested for the finalist. Consideration for this award is not limited to a particular career path and nominees do not need to be a member of the Virginia Tech Industrial and Systems Engineering Emerging Leaders Board (ELB) to be eligible. Individuals may nominate themselves or be nominated by other industrial and systems engineering alumni. The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, June 19, 2026.
