Delia Grenville, Ph.D.
Delia Grenville is a research scientist, technology strategist and innovator. She is the Director of Strategy for Intel’s Corporate Strategic Procument, where she has worked in various roles for the last 13 years. She has served as a change agent and key contributor to strategy for global market leaders Oracle and Intel. Winner of the prestigious 2015 Women of Color STEM Technologist of the Year Award, Delia has served as guest lecturer at Stanford MBA School, the Strategic Innovation Lab at Ontario College of Art, and MIT.
She has authored more than a dozen articles on project management, research practices, and the user experience. Delia is an inventor of five digital content technologies, co-founder “Designing Me,” an organization that sought to steer professional women into executive and leadership positions, and “Got Strategy” workshop that assists junior and mid-level professionals in setting and executing a career strategy.
Delia runs on online community, 30DayRules.com, with the Call to Action to develop your career or your life goals month over a month so you stay present and enjoy what you are achieving. She participated in her first Crossfit competition 4 years ago with her husband, and has the goal to play all the Chopin waltzes on piano. With six down, she is on track to achieve that goal.
Delia holds Ph.D. and Masters degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, 2001, 1997. Her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering is from Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario. Delia is the mother of two wonderful teens; this is not an oxymoron, her son and daughter are pretty cool.
