Professional Highlights

After serving for 23 years in industry, mostly at Newport News Shipbuilding, Joe was recruited to Virginia Tech by Paul Torgersen. As President of VTCRC, Joe is responsible for the CRC, its 140 tenants, 2000 tenant employees, and 23 completed buildings.
