Overview

The research in the Laboratory for User-Centric Innovations in Design (LUCID) at Virginia Tech focuses on the development and application of user-centered design tools and methods. LUCID takes a multidisciplinary approach in design that centers on a holistic understanding of the user, the context of use, and enabling technologies. With this approach, LUCID explores new directions in the design of interactive products and services.
